1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentPlatform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentPlatform provides a multi-provider AI agent platform allowing users to create, configure, and interact with AI agents powered by various language models. Users on paid tiers receive platform-managed tokens; free tier users provide their own API keys.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Billing and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. When token usage exceeds your plan allowance, a $10 auto-recharge may be applied if enabled. You may disable auto-recharge at any time in your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. API Keys

API keys you provide for external providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We do not log or share your API keys. You are responsible for any charges incurred by your external provider.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
