No. Learners join with a shareable link or 4-letter session code from their teacher, parent or tutor. They never create an account or provide a password. Their progress is stored anonymously in the browser and can optionally be synced across devices by providing an email address.
What subjects and exam boards are supported right now?
The current release covers GCSE/A-Levels (Foundation and Higher tier), mapped to the Edexcel and Cambridge specifications. We're expanding to other sciences and exam boards based on teacher demand — sign up and let us know what you need.
How does the AI grading work?
Multiple-choice and numeric questions are graded instantly and deterministically — no AI involved. Short-answer and 6-mark "explain" questions are marked by an AI model that follows our own rubric, written to match GCSE assessment objectives and standard mark-scheme structure, and the result is shown within a few seconds. Practice Dashboard owners can see the AI rationale alongside each learner's response.
